We may lean, but we do not fall: YouCan’s hardest days
The server failed at launch, attacks kept coming and the margin was 0.25%. Growth did not always mean comfort.

Launch day
We launched YouCan with enormous energy and the server could not hold. A celebration became an operations room. Markets do not wait for perfection, but they do measure how quickly you return.
COVID and cyberattacks
During lockdown, e-commerce became a lifeline for thousands of young people. Attacks followed the growth and teams worked in shifts. Leadership was not a speech. It was presence, decisions and trust.
The pressure inside growth
A 0.25% commission meant scaling on a thin margin. Large visible numbers do not mean the inside is comfortable. A leader has to see cash flow, culture and technology in the same picture.
The principle
We may lean, but we do not fall is not motivational copy. It is a system: name the problem, break it down, protect the team and return quickly. What system will support you when enthusiasm runs out?
The story does not stop here. What will you do with the chapter in your hands?
